Jim Rogers

PRESIDENT

Prior to even dreaming about HealthConnect Networks, James E. Rogers, Jr. (Jim) founded ProInfoNet, his independent telecommunications and computer consulting firm, in 1995. In 2007, Jim also founded the New England Telehealth Consortium (NETC), a non-profit network with over 800 participating New England health care providers. NETC was awarded 24.6 million dollars by the FCC as part of the Rural Health Care Pilot Program. Jim and NETC were contributors to the new Healthcare Connect Fund rules.  He is a Trustee on the Board of Acadia Hospital in Bangor, Maine, a Trustee on the Board of Phillips-Strickland House in Bangor, Maine, a member of the Eastern Maine Community College Computer Technology Department Advisory Committee and has served as adjunct faculty at Husson University and the State of Maine Telecommunications Forum. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maine and has served as adjunct faculty at Husson University, teaching courses in Telecommunications and Information Technology. Jim and his wife, Beth, have four grown children and nine grandchildren.

Trevor Gordon

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Trevor Gordon manages operations for HealthConnect Networks overseeing all backoffice functions that keep the company running.  He boasts over 30 years in business and technology management with extensive telecommunications, marketing and sales, operations and financial management of medium to large businesses. Trevor spent many years in the management and operations of large corporations including MarMaxx, H.E. Murdock, Pride Golf Tee and Kmart. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine. Trevor and his wife, Heather, have five children and lots of grandchildren.

Matthew Chandler

DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS

In his role at HealthConnect Networks, Matthew connects with eligible healthcare sites around the country to get them the Healthcare Connect fund subsidies that they deserve.  Prior to his role at HealthConnect Networks, Matthew was the Director of Health Systems Oversight and the Maine Office of Rural Health and Primary Care.  He has also held roles as a healthcare consultant, clinical health director for a mental health agency and was even the Pandemic Influenza Coordinator for the State of Maine when the bird flu was seen as a threat. Matthew graduated in 1991 from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  He proudly boasts of working over 30 years in the healthcare industry, most of which has been in rural health (he started when he was 15 years old!). Matthew currently resides in Mount Vernon, Maine with his wife and three children.

Amy Anderson

DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT

Amy Anderson helps to connect eligible healthcare sites nationwide with the Healthcare Connect Fund subsidies that they deserve.  Prior to joining HealthConnect Networks (HCN), Amy had a longtime career in philanthropy. In 20 years, Amy has raised 40 million dollars for groups such as The Salvation Army, United Way and Boy Scouts of America. She likens her work at HCN to her experience leveraging Earned Income Tax Credit funds for low-income families in Philadelphia.  Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire and a Masters degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. Amy and her husband, Sam, reside in Yarmouth, Maine; they have two children and love spending time on Casco Bay and exploring eastern Canada.
