SUMMARY

We are looking for a high-energy full cycle sales account manager to be a leading force that fuels our growing client relationships throughout the North American Healthcare market. With their extensive knowledge of telecommunications and U.S. Healthcare trends, the Account Executive will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and guide them through federal subsidy processes and internal bill pay services. The Account Executive may also assist in developing sales strategies and project management. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about making an impact in healthcare, and focused on enhancing client relations.
LOCATION: Portland – Bangor, ME / Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
Illustrate the value of Healthcare Connect Fund Subsidy process and IT services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends
Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings and client meetings, researching and assisting with program development for existing clients and new prospects
Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities
Assist in internal project management to complete sales processes
Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
Collaborate cross functionally with senior leadership, accounting, network engineering, and project management teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline
Experience:
4+ years’ experience in administrative sales role reporting directly to upper management
Experience in Healthcare sales
Preferred: Having knowledge of and experience using the HealthCare Connect Fund

SUMMARY
We are looking for a Director of Accounting & Corporate Controller to oversee our financial operations, working with both non-profit and for-profit corporations. This candidate will be performing financial planning, optimizing financial processes, cash management, and preparing budgets and reports. To ensure success as a corporate controller, the ideal candidate should demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial management principles and extensive experience in a similar role. A first-class corporate controller will be someone whose expertise translates into optimized financial operations and management. They must have strong, firsthand technical expertise in a variety of financial management and operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and develop the accounting team so they provide business support and value-added services across the organization
Oversee and own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes including detailed analysis and reconciliation of all general ledger accounts and preparation of financial statements in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
Oversee the accounting processes for accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, inventory, and compliance
Establish and ensure compliance with accounting standard operating procedures
Responsible for cash management and ensuring an effective internal control structure is in place for multiple business units
Develop efficient tools, systems, and process optimization to provide timely critical financial and operational analysis as well as reliable forecasts
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required
10+ years of accounting experience
Comfortable working at all levels in the organization from the C-suite to business unit professionals
Highly collaborative, team oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects
Previous management and supervisory experience with proven track record for developing personnel
COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES)
Very strong problem solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated financial acumen and/or analytical experience including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting and variance analysis, and/or data interpretation and analysis
Advanced user of accounting software, QuickBooks a plus
Advanced user of Excel (including Pivot Tables, graphs, lookup & conditional formulas) and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Superior project management skills; strong collaborator
